✦ Integration / Bitrix24
Arzan Hub for Bitrix24
Connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and an AI agent to your Bitrix24 portal. Automatic lead creation on inbound, AI summaries in the timeline, an embedded inbox right in the lead card. Install via the Bitrix24 Marketplace in 5 clicks.

Open Channels Connector
Hub registers as a messenger provider in your portal. WhatsApp/IG/TG conversations land in Open Lines natively — agents work in their familiar interface.
Automatic lead creation
Every new number creates a Lead+Contact in the CRM with the channel as source plus an 'arzan-hub' tag.
AI summary in the timeline
After a conversation is closed, the AI writes a 3-bullet summary to the lead timeline: what was discussed, whether a deal was agreed, and whether a manager is needed.
Embedded inbox in the card
On the right of the Lead/Contact card, the 'Arzan Hub' tab shows the entire WhatsApp conversation with this contact — without switching windows.

FAQ
- Do I need a paid Bitrix24 plan?
- No. The integration works on any plan, including free CRM+. The Open Channels Connector requires an active Open Line in the portal (available on the free plan).
- What data is sent to Hub?
- Only what is required to function: lead/contact ID, name, phone/messenger ID, and the message history of the open conversation. All data is encrypted (AES-256) and stored in the EU (Hetzner Germany).
- What happens if I disconnect the integration?
- OAuth tokens are deleted on both sides. Your data in Bitrix stays intact. The Hub side of the conversations remains in Hub (you can export or delete it via Privacy → Data deletion).
- Is self-hosted Bitrix24 supported?
- Yes. The integration via REST + webhooks works with Bitrix24 in-house. The OAuth flow is configured against your self-hosted host.
