Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data Arzan Hub processes about you. Below is how to do it.
If you are an end-user (Customer)
Most likely the business you contacted (a Tenant of Arzan Hub) is the controller of your data. The fastest path is to ask them directly to delete your record. If they don't respond, write to us:
privacy@arzan.cloudPlease include: the name of the business you contacted, the channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.), the phone number or username we should look up, and a description of what to delete. We will action your request within 30 days.
If you are a Meta Platform user (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp)
When you remove the Arzan Hub app from your Meta account, Meta sends us a signed deletion request. We will:
- Receive and verify the signed request from Meta.
- Generate a confirmation code and a status URL of the form
https://hub.arzan.cloud/data-deletion/status/<code>. - Schedule deletion of all your personal data across our systems within 30 days.
You can check the status of an ongoing deletion via that URL.
If you are a Tenant
Tenants can delete their entire workspace, individual conversations, or specific contacts via the dashboard or API. Workspace deletion is irreversible after 30 days. For immediate purge contact us at privacy@arzan.cloud.
What we delete
- Customer profile data (name, phone, username, avatar).
- Message history (text and media) on the requested conversation.
- AI agent context derived from the conversation.
- Operational logs that contain personally identifiable information.
We retain anonymised aggregate statistics and audit-trail entries that are required by law or for fraud prevention.
