Setup

Connect your Altegio
In the Hub dashboard: Integrations → Altegio → choose the Marketplace flow → select your company from the list → Connect. No tokens to enter.

Connect a channel
WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Telegram — via ready-made OAuth flows in Hub.

Enable AI booking tools
One switch in the integration settings → the AI gains access to 5 functions: list_services, list_staff, find_slots, book_appointment, cancel.

Test on your own number
Message your AI agent in WhatsApp "Can I book?" — you'll see a real appointment being created in Altegio.
FAQ
- Which Altegio plans does it work on?
- All of them — the API is available on any plan. There's no extra charge for the API.
- What if the AI makes a mistake and books the wrong thing?
- The AI doesn't cancel paid appointments (that's prohibited in its permissions). When in doubt — handoff_to_human calls in a specialist/operator. All AI actions are logged with a timestamp in Hub.
- Can I limit which services the AI can book?
- Yes — in the auto-actions settings you choose allowed_categories and allowed_staff_ids. The AI can't touch anything else.
- Are multi-locations supported?
- Yes. Each location is connected separately — you choose in a dropdown which one to link to a specific WhatsApp channel.
